Refund Policy

14 days, for any reason

If the tools are not what you expected, email outreach@descles.com within 14 days of purchase with your order reference (it is in the receipt email) and we refund the full amount. You do not have to justify it.

If you have already used it

A refund is still granted within 14 days on request even after you have generated packages and reports, because the work happens in your own browser — nothing is consumed on our side. If you ask for a refund, please delete the files you generated.

How it arrives

Refunds are issued by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record, back to the payment method you used. They normally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. You will get a confirmation email from Waffo when it is issued.

Faulty or wrong output

If a package or report is wrong because of a defect on our side, tell us — we will fix it, and refund you whether or not you are inside the 14-day window. A form the Service cannot fill yet is named as such before you pay; if a form your checklist needs is not supported, ask for a refund and you will get one.

What we cannot refund

A decision IRCC makes on your application is not something we sold you, and no outcome was ever promised — see our terms. If a form is rejected because a value you typed was wrong, that is not a defect; ask us and we will still look at it with you.
